Teaching
One of the reasons I do so much training is that I love to teach and when I was a little girl, I always said I wanted to grow up to be a teacher. Now, I have.
Several years ago, I taught Business Law at Alamance Community College.
Fall, 2006 semester, I taught Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, a fourth year class in the paralegal studies program at South College in Asheville. I will teach it again in Spring. 2008.
In Spring, 2007, I returned to my alma mater, Warren Wilson College, to teach Restorative Justice along with my co-teacher, Marty Price. We taught two classes in Restorative Justice, receiving consistently high evaluations.
In Spring, 2008, I also taught Business Law at Warren Wilson College.
